Toby in the Morning sat down with two, of many, integral parts of the upcoming play The Good Body adapted from Eve Enslers book to be preformed on October 24th and 25th at The Arcata Playhouse and November 8th at the Eureka Women’s Club.

Nezzie Wade and Annali Serrano de Lopez let us know what we can expect from this very timely performance that explores the funny, venerable and powerful standards of our aging bodies and how we feel about them.

These performances will benefit the North Coast Rape Crisis Team that recently had all of their funding pulled from our government, as well as anybody, men and women, who woke up one day wondering where did this “me” come from all of a sudden.

We’ll be performing at the Arcata Playhouse on October 24 at 7:00 PM and October 25 at 2:00 PM, with an additional brunch performance at the Eureka Woman’s Club on November 8 at 2:00 PM.
