Creatives of all mediums call Humboldt County home and from that comes community.

What started as a group chat evolved into a crew of local artists that meet once a month to share in the love of comics and contribute to themed zines.

They are Humboldt Comix Collective. Sabina got to sit down with members Steve, Max and Caleb to discuss the importance of bringing together lovers and creators of art and their dreams for the future of the collective.

Zines from Humboldt Comix Collective can be found at Ominbus, and the Arcata and Eureka North Coast Co-op stores.
