Power Lines Down Across Highway 169, Knocking Out Juice to Weitchpec/Orleans Customers
Busy fire day in the northeast part of the county, too. Calfire and local departments are headed to this scene, near the Martin Creek bridge on 169, after power lines fell across the roadway. They’re calling it the Martin Incident.
Meanwhile, other crews have been dispatched east of the county line for a fire behind the Early Bird Cafe, just outside Willow Creek.
