Roadside Fire Knocks Some Bridgeville-Area PG&E Customers Offline

“Just-In,” the benevolent dictator-for-life of the Outpost’s “Scanner Traffic Indicates” section, has been busy keeping y’all up to date on this fire along Highway 36 that surged to life and grew to 50’x50’ before firefighters brutally extinguished it this afternoon.

As noted, the fire either caused downed power lines or downed power lines cause the fire. So here’s the word on that. There appear to be 34 customers without juice at the moment. PG&E says it’s on-scene checking the damage. Their estimated time of restoral stands at 6:45 p.m.
