Here's Why Your Power is Out on Fickle Hill Road

If you’re one of the nearly 300 residents living on Fickle Hill Road who have been without power since last night, there’s a good chance your outage was caused by this fallen tree.

PG&E reports that an outage first hit the area around 9:30 last night. The outage was later reported to be caused by a downed power line in the area.

LoCO reader Christina sends us these photos of a tree that brought down some power lines on Fickle Hill Road after being snapped in half like a popsicle stick.

The power is expected to be restored in the area by 7 p.m. tonight, but keep checking our map for the latest information.
