Downed Power Line Cuts Trinidad's Juice, PG&E on Scene

Nearly 150 customers are still without power after an early-morning outage in Trinidad that initially cut the juice to more than 400.

According to PG&E, a downed power line is to blame.

PG&E crews are currently on scene. Power is expected to be fully restored by 1 p.m. today.
