Power Outage in Piercy

A few hundred homes in SoHum got the electricity knocked out of them this afternoon. 

We can’t be 100 percent sure, but it seems likely that it would have something to do with this car crash on 101, somewhere near the Humboldt-Mendo line (the map, there, seems wrong).
