Nearly 3,000 Without Power Around Humboldt Hill

Nearly 3,000 homes are sans power in the Humboldt Hill area.

The outage comes after more than 2,000 customers lost power in the heart of Eureka this morning.

PG&E estimates power will be restored by 3 p.m.
