RP called to advise that a person that he traded vehicles with is now threatening to report the vehicle now in RP's possession as stolen because of fees that are due on the Ford F150 that the RP traded to him. RP states that he told the subject about the fees prior to agreeing to the trade and that he, the RP, has the signed title and other paperwork associated with the Toyota now in RP's possession. RP was advised on civil matter and that documentation would be taken re the threat to report the other vehicle as stolen. . Disposition: CIVIL.
