RP reporting aapprox 10 ago he was turning EB onto Drake Hill from Eel River Dr, when he saw a vehicle, red Honda Civic with left rear turn signal missing, tinted rear windows, stopped in the middle of the roadway and a xray was digging in the ivy on the north side of the road bordering the business and pulled out a wood stocked rifle, got back into the vehicle that left EB Drake. On 8/21/17 approx 0900hrs, a male in a vest stormed to the complex, banging on the door like the apt was on fire, insisting he was with PG&E; and demanding a key to the meter. He had no ID.
