Occurred on Redwood Way, Fortuna. RP reporting approx 20 ago, a male subject in an silver SUV pulled into the parking lot and rolled his window down and said hello to the RP and her 2yr old daughter. The RP and the subject went back into her apartment from the the street and the male subject then knocked on the RPs door to her apartment requesting to speak to her. Subject was not known to the RP so she did not open her door. The subject then sat outside her apartment muttering something to himself for approx 10 minutes before leaving the area. Possibly under the influence of unknown substance. RP feared that the subject may attempt to hurt her or her child, or attempt to 459 her home. RP not requesting contact, documentation only.
