RP stated that he was unloaded groceries from his truck and the vehicle slammed on the brakes and a female was yelling for the RP to get her boyfriend out of the vehicle. Boyfried was stating that the subject possibly under the influence of HS and he was trying to get her help. Subjects left in the vehicle and headed south on Rohnerville Rd.
