Construction worker holding "slow sign" became very confrontational toward them because they are operating a fork lift nearby, and Rp was walking too close. However, Rp didn't know the sidewalk was closed because there is no signs/cones closing it. Rp is requesting the worker be contacted and admonished on his behavior, as it startled Rp's son. .
