Occurred on 9TH St, Fortuna. Small white vehicle parked on the side of the roadway. RP stated the vehicle was parked there yesterday as well and RP believes there is a subject sleeping in the vehicle. . Disposition: MOVED ALONG.

Occurred at Rohnerville Rd/Drake Hill Rd, Fortuna. Tree down, partially blocking the roadway. . Disposition: CAD DOCUMENTATION ONLY.

Occurred on Jones Ct, Fortuna. Rp's husband picked up RP from Eureka a couple days ago. Last night they were in a dispute, male was throwing things at Rp. Rp eventually went to bed and woke to husband sitting on Rp's head and applying pressure to her head. Rp states he is currently gone - taking kids to school, but she is packing up her things and leaving. Rp does not know the address on Rohnerville, previous history with the male. Rp wanting documentation in case she has to call back when he returns. She also stated she might call CWS. Occurred on 11TH St, Fortuna. Rp would like to speak with an officer regarding the local Fortuna Verizon office. He is being billed over $700 for a phone that was broken and he took into the store. They kept the broken phone and gave him a loaner. His original phone was unrepairable and he was evetually given a replacement phone. He was never given back his original broken phone but is being charged for it. Wants to discuss his options. . Disposition: CIVIL.

Occurred on K St, Fortuna. Extra Patrol requested for the alley way at 10th/K streets as thefts have been occuring at the RP's residence. Stepdad and school staff both rvcd phone calls from a third party stating that the father of student is trying to pick up student from school, but was driving erratically while enrt the school. RP stated she has also noticed tree branches broke in the last few days and other playground equipment tampered with. RP requesting a patrol check and also extra patrol during graveyard. .
