Occurred on 9TH St, Fortuna. Strange female had been harassing Rp's roommate at Chevron, where he works. After work, he was out in his garage, and the female showed up - possibly followed him. She was lingering near/in the garage. Approx an hour later, Rp discovered that her bedroom had been 459'd. Rp told roommate this, the female overheard and fled towards the school.
