Occurred at Redwood Memorial Hospital on Renner Dr. , Fortuna. Subject left RMH while still being treated. Subject is highly intoxicated and also given morphine. Subject wearing hot pink shirt, blue jeans, green wrap around injured arm. Subject possibly en route to his mothers on Smith Lane. . Disposition: UNABLE TO LOCATE.
