RP reporting a male subject had approached the RP while he was in his vehicle asking where he could buy HS before getting into the passenger seat of a dark grey Chevy hatchback the left the area toward 365. RP does not need contact. DESC/ WMA 20-30 thin build, 600 LSW/ orange shirt, Pitpurg Pirates hat, blk/grey pants. LS/ exiting 365 in a grey chevy hatchback and driving to the rear of Las Caz. . Occurred at 9TH St/K St, Fortuna. Male subject took a sleeping bag out of the trunk of his vehicle and is now in his vehicle. RP believes he plans to sleep there for the night. Vehicle is possibly a dark green Mercedes with broken out windows. . Disposition: ADVISED FMC.
