Family has contacted Ottawa Law Enforcement, but Rp wasn't sure if the MP report should be made with them, or with Fortuna PD, as she was last known to be in this area. Last contacted via Facebook on 9/10/17. Rp requesting to be advised on how to proceed due to this being an international affair, and family speaks French. Be advised Ottawa called last week and inquired if FOPD had any contacts with her - UTL any contacts. There was no request for FOPD to take a report at that time. .
