RP reporting this morning at approx 0340 hrs her and her boyfriend left to go to the airport when a vehicle DESC Blue Chevy xcab with a camper shell left from and began to follow the RP. Then near the intersection of Kenwood/Xavier the vehicle passed the RP on the left and "California stopped" at the intersection and spun 2 donuts in the intersection IFO the RP, then stopped his vehicle facing her with his bright lights on before speeding away EB on Kenwood. RP stated she did not know who the driver was but fears it was a confrontation for unknown reasons and is concerned as the subject lives in her neighborhood.
