Occurred at Brookdale Fortuna on Redwood Way. . Staff with Brookdale was in the parking lot and subject inquired to RP regarding his mother possibly moving in. RP then stated subject was talking about random other things like he knew the RP. RP advised the subject to move along. extended white passenger van, one headlight out. Last seen headed towards Fortuna Blvd on Redwood Way. . Disposition: UNABLE TO LOCATE.

Occurred on Loni Dr. Rp has been recieving calls from , who is using odd numbers to contact Rp's landline. She is using some sort of device making it appear she is calling from out of the area. Rp states he has already called his phone service provider. . Disposition: COUNSELED & ADVISED.

It is now back again and this time it is broken down and they are working on it but RP also staes they have garbage thrown everywhere RP would like them to pick up their garbage and move on. . Occurred on 14TH St. Rp called 911 stating that her ex keeps calling her. Dispatch advised her to call non-emergency line.
