Occurred on Rohnerville Rd. (Hundred block.) xray subject is yelling that she is going to burn cars and yelling other obscentites. RP stated subject was yelling for approximately for 1 hour last night and is not yelling again. Second RP advised subject has a knife and she is taking it in and out of her pocket. Occurred on Joseph St. Female seems extremely upset about wifi/internet securities/identitiy theft on her Android and previous phones. Rp was robbed by in 2008 and has suffered ongoing harrassment/stalking since then. Female keeps saying she only wants documentation, but she does not seem well, very distraught and anxious.
