The black dog came outside with a female and promptly chased the RP's disabled cat, who only has one eye, across the street into a wooded lot. Occurred at Rite Aid Corporation on S Fortuna Blvd. , Fortuna. Shoplifter left the store with purse filled w/ property. While leaving the store xray placed purse inside of SIL Jeep IFO of the store.
