Occurred on L St, Fortuna. She was at a friends residence earlier today walking her puppy and two HMA in a Maroon Pickup stopped and was asking about her puppy and seemed very interested in it. RP stated the puppy is very expensive. RP concerned as she thought the subjects may come back later and try to steal the puppy, however she doesn't live there and is concerned for the friend who does live there.
