Occurred on 12TH St. Male (possibly a juvenile) is at the high school several times throughout the day, driving a white dodge crew cab deisel - that is very loud, and often speeding. Rp req a welfare check on daughter and because she requested a welfare check on 11/3/18 and Rp felt that officers were not on scene long enough to properly check on the subjects.
