Occurred on School St. RP states her juvenille son 15 yo was taking his dog to the back feild to use the bathroom when the tenant from B9 had his pitbull in the field with out a leash. The pitbull ran up and grabbed his small dog and lifted it over his head. The pitbull jumped up on causing welts on his front, back and shoulder. Occurred on Jenny Ln. (Hundred block.) On 10/2/18, a tenant drove home while intoxicated and drove up on a sidewalk, nearly hitting a tenant/pedestrian . No injuries/ no property damage. Rp has surveillance. It is believed that was intoxicated because her car was ifo the bar prior to the incident. Per rp, she has had several alcohol-related incidents. .
