Occurred on Main St. Vehicle parked at the Vet's Hall since Tuesday morning as subject went down to Vet's hospital, arrived back this evening and appears vehicle has been rummaged through. Vehicle was secure, however he did leave crack in window. No forced entry. Occurred on Jenny Ln. Male subject stated he was an employee PG&E; and was inquiring about the RP's bill. RP then offered the subject to take a "shot" with him. RP stated after the "shot" the PG&E; subject continued to ask suspicious questions about his bill. Gold sedan RP stated her father picked her up from Laytonville and she is wanting him to take her to the Casino to get gas, but he is mad at her for not giving him gas money.
