Occurred on Boone St. Within the last 45 minutes, someone cut a bike cable/lock and stole Rp's son's was stolen from the porch. No surveillance, unk suspect. Occurred at School St/Weber St. Light brown house on corner, "known drug house": male subject, possibly under influence, was thrashing around, then fell on the ground, along the east side of the residence. . Disposition: UNABLE TO LOCATE.

Occurred at Eel River Dr/Kenmar Rd. Subjs camping in veh for at least 3.5 weeks, in gravel turn out on east side of Eel River, just south of Park & Ride. Also dumping garbage. This vehicle moves from park & ride (CHP jurisdiction), to a turn out (HCSO jurisdiction), and then a turn out on city side (where they are now) on a rotating basis, causing RP to have to call multiple agencies for camping issue in this vicinity.
