Occurred on 11TH St. RP states someone opened a Verizon Wireless account in her husbands name without his knowledge. RP states she just recieved the bill which was going to their old address from 4 years ago. The bill is now in collections and they are telling her she needs to file a police report to move on to the next step of taking care of the bill. RP then left her residence and the vehicle followed her to the area of 10th and Main St. RP lost site of the vehicle, however requested documentation as she believed it was suspicious. .
