Occurred at Elizabeth Barcus Way/Newburg Rd. Neighborhood Watch captain from Elizabeth Barcus stopped by to report a homeless man that appears to be living on the west side of the road just north of the house that is directly across from the entrance to Newburg Park. There is a large white coloroed cabinet that is laying in the berry briars that the subject crawled into. RP and the resident from the house walked down to this cabinet and could hear the subject inside the cabinet. Resident is concerned because their well is in that area. . Occurred on Vancil St. RP came to the counter to report that 4 of her children left her home without her knowledge while she was taking a bath. This occurred at 12:30 per her surveilance cameras. The children told her youngest daughter that they were going for a walk. RP drove all around Fortuna in search of her children. Once she arrived at FOPD she received a text via Talking Parents from her ex-husband, Robbie Crossley, stating the children were at his house. RP believes that he could see that the RP was at FOPD via her daughter's phone which was in the RP's purse at the PD. Dad placed Live 360 on the phones so she believes he could see that she was at the police station. RP via Talking Parents request the father bring the children to the police station. Father is also violating the court order as the children are not to be around his girlfriend and she was at the residence while the children were present. RP will wait to see if the children are brought to the station by their father. RP received a phone call from a family member that stated the children were dropped off at the house on Vancil. Occurred on Barry Ave. Approx 2 hours ago, a WFA, 25 to 30 YOA was in the area acting suspicous, possibly under the influence. RP asked the subject if she was ok three times and the subject did not respond. Subject was wearing bagging sweats and RP stated she has observed the subject several times in the area.
