Occurred on Tami Dr. Has been having issues with her roommates. RP now believes they are partaking in HS in their room. RP stated there is a smell coming from their room and it almost made her pass out. RP also believes they are keeping the windows in their room open on purpose as the heater will not turn off. . Occurred on Main St. Vehicle hit two parked vehicles and then fled to the area behind Chevron suspect is possibly red vehicle, unknown if sedan or pick up. . Disposition: REPORT TAKEN.

Occurred on S Fortuna Blvd. A couple vehicles broken into over the night. . Disposition: REPORT TAKEN.

Occurred on Springville Ave. . At 2034hrs last night, Rp rcvd call and then inquired if Rp's son still lives with rp. Male stated he had a message for RP/son.. male provided website info. Rp told him she was going to disconnect and male started yelling at Rp. She disconnected. Male called again, and rp disconnected again. Rp felt it was suspicious and possibly a scam. This morning, Rp called her son. Son had recieved the same call at almost the same time of night. Rp wanted the incident to be on record. . Disposition: CAD DOCUMENTATION ONLY.

Occurred at 12TH St/Riverwalk Dr. Xray in and out of traffic - possibly trying to hitchhike DESC/WFA brown hair, blk shirt, gray pants - carrying large purse. . Disposition: GONE ON ARRIVAL.

Occurred on 12TH St. Rp just rcvd phone call from someone claiming to be PGE - stated if didn't pay, PGE was going to be shut off. Rp contacted PGE direct who confirmed this was a scam. RP wanting documentation. . Disposition: BRIEFING INFORMATION.

Occurred on 2ND Ave. 10 ago, Rp and friend pulled up to friend's residence and observed a female walking from house , got into a red truck and then drove away, LS onto Holly. Rp found that the door to residence was unlocked (Rp thought she had locked it) and it was evident this female had been inside of residence. . Disposition: REPORT TAKEN.
