Occurred at Safeway on S Fortuna Blvd. . Last week reported her wallet stolen w/APD and has since had transactions on her card in Arcata (advised to contact APD about charges). Her brother rec'd a facebook message from stating that he located the wallet at this location and for the past week has been attempting to convince the RP to let him come to her house and return it. RP advised him to give the wallet to us however now he has ceased communication. RP req phone contact as to how she should proceed or what assistance we can provide. .
