Rp is also talking about mother's death, the history of stalking and abuse by who is deceased as of several years ago, and his sons who have continued the harrassment towards RP. . The male then hid behind a tree near the gate when other vehicles drove nearby. Rp concerned he is casing vehicles parked behind the pavillion. Occurred on Rohnerville Rd. Rp requesting check on two twin mutual children , as mother is not answering phone. The children also have phones to communicate with RP, but they are turned off. Mother recently had a DUI, with children in vehicle, per RP. Rp states he is a restrained party, but allowed to contact the mother regarding children.
