Occurred on Rohnerville Rd. Was shopping in Eureka on Tuesday, on Wednesday she realized that her phone and wallet were missing. She contacted GO and they stated they did have her property. When she arrived two hours later they stated that they had released her property to an unk subj because they were able to unlock her phone. States only her close family knows how to do that. She states that she was able to track the phone to this location however the phone was turned off for a few hours. Subjs are taking pictures on her phone and she does not recognize them. Believes they may also have her credit card however it has not been used. . Disposition: COUNSELED & ADVISED.
