Occurred at Cell Tower on Loop Rd. . Female stated "oh" and then hung up. Upon call back, spoke with who stated her emergency is that the police are harassing her because she is homeless and has no place to sleep and the Police wont take her to jail because of COVID. Occurred on Vancil St. (Hundred block.) suspicious male subject walking in the area and then took off into a full sprint towards Angel Heights. RP then observed a loud Dodge Pickup head in the same direction almost like he was following the subject. RP stated is was suspicious. WMA 511, tshirt, shorts, sandals. . Occurred on S Fortuna Blvd. Subject wearing gas mask and one suit and carrying a small box walked inbetween Peppers and the Car Wash and the RP has not seen him come out from the area. RP did stated there is a Terminix truck parked in the area. . Disposition: CAD DOCUMENTATION ONLY.
