Occurred on Vista Dr. (Hundred block.) two RP's called to report a suspicious gray Toyota pick up was left by subjects approx 15 minutes ago. RP observed subjects exit the vehicle and were picked up by a full size Green Dodge pick up. RP was advised if the vehicle is parked legally it can be parked at the location for 72 hours. RP concerned the vehicle is possibly stolen. RP called back and stated the Dodge pickup has returned and all the subjects are out of the vehicles. RP is certain HS sales is occurring. .
