Occurred at S Fortuna Blvd/Newburg Rd. Male subject dressed in all black was standing in the middle of the roadway at the intersection. RP stated the subject moved into the median and was yelling and acting disorderly. RP is concerned for safety of subject. . Disposition: UNABLE TO LOCATE.

Occurred on 11TH St. Rp calling from Arkansas. Friend cares for her adult dependent/daughter . moved to Fortuna area approx a year ago and has not been in contact since January, which is out of character. Occurred on 11TH St. RP states his wallet was stolen wednesday morning around 0230 at the Casino in Trinidad. RP states he did not realize it was gone until last night.
