Occurred on 10TH St. RP was walking her dog and observed suspicious male looking into residential window. Subject saw the RP and then continued to walk North on 10th St. light colored pants, black hoody. . Disposition: UNABLE TO LOCATE.

Occurred on 11TH St. Dispatch observed subject in the area under the front office window. Subject is no longer in sight on surveillance, but is still there. . Disposition: MOVED ALONG.

Occurred at Orchard Ln/Newburg Rd. RP was awaken by a dark sedan outside of her residence. RP is now observing two subjects on the corner of Orchard and Newburg. One subject is now on foot towards South School. One subject wearing tan and orange. . Disposition: UNABLE TO LOCATE.

Occurred at Riverwalk Rv Park on Riverwalk Dr. . 10 ago, a male ran onto the property with no shoes on, claiming he had an emergency and wanted to use the phone. Staff declined. Male ran to an rv, and broke out all the windows. Male went in and out of window 3-4 times, then ran down the street stating that he has been trying to break out of rv. LS towards funky monkey.
