Occurred on Ross Hill Rd. RP here stating that he'd like a civil stand by regarding turning off the water (a well) to the property in which his tenants live on Ross HIll Rd. They have to bring water to the peoperty themselves and tenants have small children. RP states that he himself has cattle on the property and doesn't like that he drives his cattle trailer up and down the road. Scanned in court documents stating that he has rights to the well on his 2 acre parcel along with showing coordinates to that property.
