RP STATED SUBJECT WAS EATING MERCHANDISE THAT WAS NOT PAID FOR AND THE SUBJECT STATED HE WAS NOT GOING TO PAY FOR IT, HOWEVER WHEN THE EMPLOYEE CALLED 911, SUBJECT STATED HE WOULD PAY FOR THE FOOD. RP REQUESTING OFFICER RESPOND AND SPEAK WITH THE SUBJECT WHO IS STILL IN THE BUSINESS. . Disposition: REPORT TAKEN.
