Troy Nicolini Talks About Water Safety on the North Coast

Troy Nicolini is our National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s Meteorologist-in-Charge on Woodley Island. He also heads our local Water Safety Coalition. Troy joins us to talk about new signage in Big Lagoon and hopes to save lives by alerting beach-goers to potentially deadly conditions which exist on some of our local beaches.
