As with our fav Arcata bar poll, LoCO is opting to answer the philosophical “What is a bar?” question as best we can. Our criteria is not rigid. A few of the questions we considered were “Does the business have a physical bar?” “Do they have bartenders?” “Would you meet someone there for a drink?” “Is the business owner going to be sad because we omitted them?” Anyway, yeah. This is not science.
If we forgot a potential nominee feel free to publicly chastise us. You will not be breaking new ground. As with all of LoCO’s Friday polls, this one goes until Monday. And please drink responsibly.
