You, an upstanding and honorable citizen, pull from your pocket the li’l baggie you responsibly brought with you for just such business and proceed to scoop up the unsightly turd. Look at you! Now, at this point, you could carry that thing around like a stinky purse for the rest of your jaunt, but what’s this? You spot a city-provided garbage receptacle in front of your neighbor’s domicile. Hmm!
