Over the years, LoCO has noted a curious quirk to living in Humboldt. Despite being one of our county’s most beautiful and interesting places, Shelter Cove remains unexplored by many locals — even some that have lived here for many years. Granted, it’s a trek to get out there, but it still strikes us odd for whatever reason.
