Gavin Newsom is very excited, folks. Yesterday the governor’s office announced they have it on good authority that California has officially surpassed Japan to become the world’s fourth-largest economy. Boom! This is what success feels like, people. Soak it in. 

Now, when you’re this powerful and important, it’s impossible not to wonder: Could I be even greater than I already am? What’s holding me back? Are these 49 losers I let ride my coattails limiting my ability to dominate? We get it. Totally fair questions. With that in mind, we thought we’d post this secret ballot to see what portion of the LoCO readership dreams of secession — for fun!
