POLL! We Are In PEAK TOMATO TIME! What’s Your Favorite Way to House These Versatile, Bounteous and Beautiful Fruits?

Here is my favorite way: Take some kind of nice soft white bread, untoasted. Slather on some mayo. Lay a nice big fat slab of your favorite heirloom varietal on top. Sprinkle on a generous amount of Trader Joe’s Crunchy Chili Onion Sprinkle Seasoning Blend. Top with another piece of bread. Eat immediately, standing over the kitchen sink. Repeat.
