On Saturday afternoon we finally celebrate the grand opening of Humboldt Bay Trail South. After two years of construction, this paved, multi-use trail connects Eureka and Arcata. It’s fully separated from Hwy. 101, skirting around the far side of the Brainard Mill while offering views and up-close experiences of Humboldt Bay.
