Boy howdy! The reaction to Dezmond Remington’s preview of the Arcata Planning Commission’s meeting yesterday was swift and fierce.
They want to limit woodstoves?!? Oh hell no!
That was what many people thought.
But what do you think? Have we as a society moved past wood-burning stoves in our densest urban areas — let’s say Eureka north of Harris, Arcata, Blue Lake, Ferndale, Scotia, maybe parts of McKinleyville and Fortuna and Rio Dell— or should we embrace it?
