POLL! How Do You Pronounce ‘Gyro’?
A new restaurant called Shawarma Kings recently opened in Old Town Eureka, and among the menu options is a big ol’ gyro wrap. With the delightful FalafelLove in King Salmon and the stalwart gem of Kebab Cafe in Valley West, Humboldt has never been so blessed with the delicious, rotisserie-cooked Greek lamb meat.
But how do you say it? Not necessarily what’s is “correct” … but how do YOU pronounce it?
