The USGS reports that a 4.1 quake struck at 2:22 p.m. along the Lost Coast, just south of Petrolia.
This was Humboldt’s second earthquake of the day, although it was by far the strongest.
A little 1.9 shaker hit offshore near Petrolia around 1:32 p.m.
