UPDATE: The USGS has updated its reading of this afternoon’s now 5.7m earthquake and places its epicenter 204 kilometers west of Ferndale which makes it a bit more believable that virtually no one felt this thing.

Original Post: Really? The USGS says we just had a 5.6m earthquake — struck 58 kilometers west of Ferndale in the Pacific Ocean, apparently.
Did you feel that at all? LoCO did not. We’ll update if there is anything else to say about it.
